What it shows

The Materialized view report (menu IRD Reports › Materialized View) is the list of your invoices and sales returns in the form the IRD receives them: one row per bill, with the amounts, the customer's PAN and a column that says whether the bill reached the IRD.

It opens for the period from the start of the active fiscal year to today. Use From date, Sync with IRD, Bill no, Customer and PAN to narrow it, and export to Excel or PDF. It needs the permission for IRD reports.

How to read it

  • Sync with IRD = No on a recent bill is normal for a few minutes. After an hour, follow How bills reach the IRD, and what to check when one does not.
  • A cancelled invoice stays in the list with Active N and its amounts shown as zero. Its credit note is sent separately and is not a row of this report.
  • A return has the invoice's number in Reference bill no.
  • A bill with no Fiscal year is left out. If a bill you expect is missing, check that its date falls in a fiscal year that has a Fiscal year IRD name (The fiscal year).
