Goods delivery is the record of the trip that takes goods to a customer: the date and time, who delivered, the vehicle and driver, the number of packets and the weight. It does not post any money and does not move any stock: the goods left the warehouse with the delivery note or the invoice. It only adds the story of the trip, and a dispatch slip you can print for the driver.
Open Goods delivery (the page is titled Goods delivery). The list gathers the invoices, delivery notes, orders and stock transfers that have no delivery record yet, with the customer, the agent and, once recorded, the Delivery no and Dispatch no.

Tick one or more rows. Select rows of one kind only: all invoices, or all delivery notes, or all orders.

Choose Goods delivery (or Bulk delivery for many rows)
What changes
Sales goods delivery information opens: Delivery date, Time, Delivery/Collection agent, Delivered by, Vehicle Registration No, Driver name, Mobile Phone, Transport details, Total weight, Total packets, Remarks and an attachment.

Save
What changes
Each selected document gets its own delivery record and Delivery no from the delivery series. A message confirms: "Goods delivery information saved successfully."

Print the dispatch slip, if the driver needs one
What changes
Select the rows and choose Dispatch slip. Choose rows that share one dispatch number.
