A terminal is a till of a branch. You add it on Terminal, then on the till computer you press Update Agent to bind the computer to it. A computer can serve only one terminal.
The list shows each terminal: Terminal, Description, Branch, IP, MAC, Occupied and its status.

Press Update Agent
Where
The upload button of the row > "Do you want to update agent?"
What changes
The terminal becomes Occupied by this computer: its IP and MAC show, and the desktop app learns the terminal's name and the company's logo. "Terminal settings have been updated to selected agent successfully."
From then on POS Sales opens on that computer without the message "Terminal has not been set yet. Please contact your supervisor." (Open the till and accept the cash).
A computer can be bound to one terminal. Trying to bind it to a second terminal is refused with a message that the computer is already in use.
To move a till to another computer, or to start again, press Reset terminal on its row (it works on an Occupied terminal). The row becomes free, and the computer forgets the terminal when you press it on that same computer.
Common questions
The till says the terminal has not been set.
The computer is not bound. On that computer open Terminal and press Update Agent for its row. Check the desktop app is running.
The Update Agent button is grey.
The terminal is already Occupied. Press Reset terminal first.
We changed the till computer.
Reset the terminal, then bind the new computer.
Does each terminal need its own computer?
Yes. A computer serves one terminal, and each terminal is bound to one computer at a time.
What does the terminal give me in the reports?
Terminal sales and the cash hand over are by terminal, so each counter's cash is counted on its own (Terminal sales and branch sales).
