The label prints but the till does not find the product.
Check that the barcode on the label is the product's Product SKU and the product is active and not locked (Find and add products).
Can I print a label for a batch product?
The label sheet comes out empty, or the screen cannot print it.
The company's label layout may not be set up. Ask your administrator or Penahak support to check it.
Can I change the look of the label on this screen?
No. The layout is the company's own; this screen only chooses which products are printed.
