A station is a place where a kind of dish is prepared: Hot Kitchen, Cold Station, Bar. Each KOT is split by station, so the bar sees only the drinks. The Kitchen Display can show all stations or one. A station whose name contains bar prints a BOT (bar order ticket) instead of a KOT.

What changes
Choose a station for each product group. The screen asks you to confirm before saving. Leave a group empty to remove its routing.
What the routing does
When a dish is added to an order, it goes to the station of its product group. If you route the group Momo to Hot Kitchen and Beer to Bar, one send prints one ticket at each.
Route every product group, even when the restaurant has one station. A dish whose group has no routing goes to a default station that may not be the one you created.
Common questions
All tickets print at the same place.
Product groups are not routed, so dishes go to the default station. Route each group: tab Product Group Routing.
We added a station but no ticket goes to it.
No product group is routed to it yet.
Can one dish go to two stations?
No. A dish goes to one station: the station of its product group.
A station was added by mistake. Can I delete it?
A station is removed by deactivating it (Deactivate this station?). It then disappears from the screens, so deactivate only a station that is gone for good.
Which screen shows a station's tickets?
The Kitchen Display, with the station chosen at the top. All Stations shows every ticket (The Kitchen Display).
