Restaurant POS › Kitchen Display shows the tickets sent from the tables, oldest first. Choose the station at the top (Select station: All Stations or one, each with its colour). Switch on Fullscreen for the wall display.
What a ticket shows
- The table (or Counter), a tag Take Away or Delivery when it is not a table order, the KOT time and N pax (the guests).
- A timer that shows how long the ticket has waited and changes colour after 5, 10 and 15 minutes. The border of the card follows the station's colour.
- The order note (for example an allergy), each dish with its quantity, its options and its note, and the seat when one was chosen.
- A progress line: n/m items and All ready when every dish is done.
Work through a ticket
- A new ticket arrives
- Mark a dish done
- Finish the ticket
A bumped ticket can be seen again under Recall: the drawer Recalled Orders lists the tickets bumped a short time ago, so a ticket bumped by mistake can be found. Mute alerts (and Enable alerts) switch the beep off and on; Refresh reloads the tickets.
Common questions
The ticket does not appear on the screen.
It was sent to another station: choose All Stations, or check the dish's station (Kitchen stations and product group routing).
A ticket was bumped by mistake.
Open Recall and read it; ask the waiter to send the dishes again if they were not made.
There is no sound.
The alerts are muted (Enable alerts) or the device's sound is muted.
The waiter voided a dish I am cooking. What do I see?
The dish disappears from the screen, and a cancel ticket prints at your station so nobody makes it (Void an item).
Does BUMP ALL serve the dishes?
No. It marks every dish of the ticket Done. The waiter marks them Served on the Pass Board (The Pass Board: ready for pick-up).
