Reprint a KOT

Open the table and the Sent KOTs tab. Each ticket is listed with its number (#KOT), its items and their status. Press the printer icon of the ticket: the screen says "Reprint queued for N print jobs." and the ticket prints again at its stations.

If it says No reprint jobs were queued for this KOT., the ticket has no active item (every item is voided or the restaurant does not print tickets).

Common questions

The kitchen did not get the ticket.

Check the ticket on the Sent KOTs tab: it is there, so the order was sent. Then see Problems by symptom for the printer.

I sent the same dish twice by mistake.

Void the extra one (Void an item); the kitchen gets a cancel ticket.

The bar's drinks printed in the kitchen.

The drinks' product group is routed to the wrong station: Kitchen stations and product group routing.

Does the waiter need to send each station's ticket separately?

No. One Send KOT / BOT prints one ticket for each station that has dishes in the order.

The shift is not open and the waiter cannot send. Whose shift is needed?

The shift of the user who sends. A colleague's shift does not count (Open and close the cash shift).
