The Pass Board: ready for pick-up

The Pass Board lists every dish the kitchen has finished and nobody has picked up yet. Mark a dish Served when it leaves the pass.

For Waiter or captain Kitchen

What it shows

Pass Board — Ready for Pick-up lists the dishes whose status is Done and that nobody has marked Served. They are grouped by KOT with the table, so the waiter sees what to carry and where. The page refreshes by itself about every 15 seconds.

When every dish of a table's ticket is done, the table's order screen also shows Food Ready for Pick-up (Orders, kitchen tickets and item status).

The board is empty but the kitchen says dishes are ready.

The dish was not marked Done on the Kitchen Display (The Kitchen Display).

Why does the board not show a dish the kitchen is cooking?

Does Mark as served change the bill?

No. It only records that the dish left the pass. The bill is made from the dishes on the check (From the bill to the invoice in Accounting).
