For Kitchen

Before you start

  1. Choose your station

Open the Kitchen Display and choose your station (or All Stations). Switch on Fullscreen for the wall screen. Check that the beep is on (The Kitchen Display).

  2. Read the ticket

A beep and New Order announce a ticket. Read the table, the dishes, the options and notes, the seat, and the order note (allergies are written there). The timer shows how long it waits and changes colour after 5, 10 and 15 minutes.

  3. Mark dishes done

Tap each dish when it is ready. The dish goes to the Pass Board for pick-up (The Pass Board: ready for pick-up). BUMP ALL finishes a whole ticket.

  4. A dish is voided

A voided dish disappears from the screen and a cancel ticket prints at your station (Void an item).

  5. Recall

Use Recall to see a ticket bumped a short time ago.

  6. Clear the screen

When service ends, Bump all items clears what is left.

End of the day

  • Every ticket of the night is done: Bump all items clears what is left, so use it only when nothing is still to cook (The Kitchen Display).
  • The Pass Board shows nothing waiting at the pass: the dishes you marked Done were picked up and marked Served (The Pass Board: ready for pick-up).
  • Anything you bumped by mistake is under Recall for a short time after: ask the waiter to send the dishes again if they were not made (The Kitchen Display).
