CRM is switched on for the whole company by your Penahak contact. Then your administrator gives roles the CRM menus and permissions, chooses the credit approvers, and reviews the settings, and your accountant checks the customers' credit terms.
CRM is switched on for a whole company, by your Penahak contact. Buying or renewing a licence does not switch CRM on by itself: ask your Penahak contact. After the switch, users reload the page (or sign in again) to see CRM.

The CRM menus must exist for your company. If Role & Scopes shows no CRM menus at all, ask your Penahak contact to add them (The CRM menu or a CRM screen is missing).

What changes
The people who decide credit releases and credit holds get the credit approval permission. Keep at least two: nobody can decide their own request.
Buying or renewing a licence does not switch CRM on by itself: ask your Penahak contact. Users reload the page after the switch.
What happens if CRM is switched off later?
The CRM credit check stops: credit sales are checked only by the sales screens' own credit rule, as before CRM. Holds no longer block sales, releases no longer apply, and the nightly run skips the company. CRM's records are kept and come back when it is switched on again.
Why are first-week sales blocked?
Most often a customer with an Amount limit or Day limit of 0 and the action Block. Set the action to Ignore or give a real limit (Customer details in Accounting that CRM uses).
