Penahak CRM helps your business get paid by its customers. It reads the customer accounts in Penahak Accounting, shows who owes what and how late, stops credit sales that break a customer's credit terms, and gives your collections team a worklist, promises to pay and a dunning ladder. Around that it keeps the relationship: contacts, calls, follow-ups, deals, service tickets and conversations on sales documents.
One set of books. CRM never posts a voucher and keeps no balance of its own. When CRM says a customer owes 52,000, that is the customer's balance in Accounting. CRM keeps only its own work (a promise, a collection case, a follow-up, a credit release) and the decision to refuse a credit sale. See CRM and Penahak Accounting: one set of books.
This help explains each job in plain steps: where to press, what changes, and why a rule exists. Pick your role under Who does what, or start with the short path below.

Who does what
Most-asked questions
Why was the sale refused with "Credit blocked"?
The customer's balance after the sale would pass their credit limit, their oldest unpaid bill is older than their credit days, or a credit controller put them on credit hold, and the action is Block. Take payment now, reduce the amount, or ask for a credit release. See How credit control works and Credit releases: ask, decide, use.
The customer paid. Why are they still blocked?
Usually the receipt is not posted yet (it is waiting for approval), it was posted in another branch, or the oldest bill is still unpaid. See The customer is blocked, but they paid.
Why do CRM's figures differ from the ledger report?
They are built to match. Check the date, the branch, advances, the currency and switched-off customers. See CRM figures differ from the ledger report.
The CRM menu is missing.
CRM may be off for your company, or your role lacks the CRM menu or permission. See The CRM menu or a CRM screen is missing.
"The customer's credit could not be checked just now"
Nothing was saved. Save again in a moment. See When the credit check cannot run.
Can CRM post a receipt or write off a debt?
No. Receipts, credit notes and write-offs are made in Accounting. CRM shows them as soon as they are posted.
