For Manager or owner Administrator

  1. The dashboard

My work: owed, overdue, 90+ days, days sales outstanding, collected this month, over limit, on hold, releases waiting, sales, the pipeline, tickets at risk (My work, the CRM dashboard).

  2. Collection performance

The Collections figures for the period: collection effectiveness, days sales outstanding and the best possible, days delinquent, past due, promises kept (Collection figures).

  3. Run automation

CRM settings > Run automation now runs the dispute, renewal and recovery timers and the ticket scan, which the nightly run does not do (The nightly run and the run-now buttons).

  4. Permissions

Give roles the CRM menus and permissions; give credit approvers the credit approval permission, and keep at least two approvers (Who can use which CRM screen).

  5. Settings

Collections automation, Stop credit-blocked sales on save (credit approvers only), release validity, response times, notifications, pipelines (CRM settings and what each one does).

A credit approver who can also change CRM settings (CRM settings and what each one does).

No. Their timers, and the ticket scan, run only when someone presses Run automation now, a queue's Run button on Follow-ups, or the ticket scan button on Service tickets (The nightly run and the run-now buttons).
