Segments
The chips above the list narrow it. Each chip's count is worked out with the same rule as the list, so the count always equals the rows it shows.

Health score
Every customer gets a score from 0 to 100, from facts the ledger and CRM hold. It starts at 100 and loses points:
| Fact | Points lost |
|---|---|
| Share of the balance that is overdue | Up to 30 (all of it overdue = 30) |
| Oldest overdue bill | Over 90 days 25; over 60 days 15; over 30 days 8; any 3 |
| Over credit limit | 15 |
| On credit hold | 10 |
| Broken promises | Two or more 20; one 10 |
| Open disputes | Two or more 10; one 5 |
| Open tickets | 3 each, up to 9 |
| Bought before but no invoice in 90 days | 10 |
| Pays on time less than half the time | 5 |
| Score | Band |
|---|---|
| 80 to 100 | Healthy |
| 60 to 79 | Watch |
| 40 to 59 | At risk |
| 0 to 39 | Critical |
The tag's tooltip lists why the customer lost points ("Money overdue", "Over credit limit", "Pays slowly", ...).
Create call tasks
Tick customers in the list and press Create call tasks. It creates one follow-up per customer, with the title, due date, priority and owner you choose. Customers marked do not contact are left out.
