When SMS is available
SMS is a feature of the company's licence. Without it the SMS tab of the message templates is missing, Send SMS is not in the profile menu, and the SMS setting page shows OOPS! The page you requested is not assigned to you. Please contact your administrator (How the licence decides what a company has).
The SMS setting page
The page is titled Recipient and has two tabs.

Add, edit or delete a row from the page. A new recipient is saved Active and the screen says "Recipient added successfully"; a change says "Recipient updated successfully".
Send an SMS
- Open the form
- Choose what to send
- Choose who gets it
- Check and send
Common questions
"Please enter a valid mobile number"
Mobile must be 10 digits, with an optional country code and a space or a dash before them. Type the 10 digits again.
"Sms template has not been configured for this."
The kind of message you chose has no SMS wording. Tick Customized message and type the wording yourself, or add an SMS template for it on the SMS tab of the message templates (Message templates: e-mail, in-app and SMS wording).
A message says the SMS feature is not enabled.
