What Penahak sets
- Which layout a document uses. Each kind of document (an invoice, a receipt, a voucher) prints with a layout Penahak chooses for your company. The layout decides the order of the boxes and columns, the headings and the paper size.
- A different layout. If your company needs a different layout, ask Penahak support. Say which document and attach a photo of what you want. Penahak adds the layout and switches it on for your company; you cannot add or edit a layout on your screens.
- The reprint mark and the print number. The system counts each print of a document and marks a later print as a copy.

Common questions
The till receipt does not print after a sale.
A branch with no saved receipt design cannot print. The bill is saved and the screen says the receipt has not been designed yet. Save a design for the branch (see the Retail POS knowledge base, Receipt design).
