Practical advice
- Run the backup for the exact period requested rather than everything — it is faster and easier to review.
- Produce it before the meeting, not during it. Large date ranges take time to generate.
- Keep a record of what was provided and when.
Platform backups are separate from this and are available to the support team; this feature is about producing statutory output on demand.
