Penahak CRM is accounting-native. It is not a separate contact database sitting beside your books — it reads live ERP signals, so every screen can tell someone what to do next.
The pipeline
- Lead — an unqualified enquiry, with a source so you can attribute it later.
- Opportunity — a qualified deal with a value, a stage and an owner.
- Quotation — a priced offer that becomes a sales order if accepted.
Why the ERP context matters
Before you approve a quotation, the record shows you the customer’s live balance, their ageing, any unresolved dispute and any open service ticket. That changes decisions: extending credit to a customer with a 90-day overdue balance and an open dispute is a different proposition from extending it to one who pays on time.
Ownership
Every CRM record has an owner and a next action. Records without either are the ones that go quiet, so the dashboard surfaces them as exceptions rather than letting them sit.
Follow-ups
Follow-ups are scheduled against the record and appear in the owner’s work queue. The follow-up compliance report shows which are overdue — a more honest measure of pipeline health than the forecast.
Attribution
Because a quotation becomes an order and then a posted invoice, campaign attribution runs all the way through to recognised revenue rather than stopping at the lead.
